Mark Oestreicher, a prominent leader in youth ministry and widely-published author, talks about new approaches to youth ministry, the science of adolescent development, coaching, and the Youth Cartel.

Mark Oestreicher has been involved in church ministry his whole life, particularly with tenagers and youth workers. Mark has had a broad experience working in churches in roles ranging from Junior High Pastor to Executive Pastor. For 11 years, Mark was at Youth Specialties in San Diego, an organization that trains and equips church youth workers—the last eight of those years as president. Concurrently, Mark was also a part of the leadership team of Zondervan (Grand Rapids, MI). Mark has authored or contributed to more than 60 books, including the much-talked-about Youth Ministry 3.0. Rocky Supinger has been the associate pastor at Claremont Presbyterian Church since 2008. His primary responsibilities are for junior high and high school youth. Rocky came to Claremont with his wife Meredith from Kansas City, Missouri, where he served for three years after completing his Masters of Divinity degree at Princeton Theological Seminary.
