Watch Why Not Prosper whose motto is “Offering Women in Distress a Hand Up, not a Handout” a grassroots group funded by the SDOP ministry thanks to the One Great Hour of Sharing Offering share how their organization is involved in healthcare access issues. The panel which also includes Raphael Health Center initially launched by Tabernacle Presbyterian Church (Indianapolis) but now a separate entity and a Theologian and Professor of Christian Ethics at Columbia Theological Seminary discuss how they work for accessible healthcare through community education, policy advocacy and organizing.
