n this edition of "The Struggle is Real" webinar series from the Presbyterian Committee on the Self-Development of People, community partners, committee members and staff discuss the connection between poverty and disabilities. Panelists share their experiences and best practices on how the church and community can build relationships with and come alongside our neighbors that are experiencing poverty and are differently abled. The focus was on:

* Poverty Engagement and Intentional Action by churches stepping outside their walls to form relationships and live out loving their neighbors

* Best practices about relationship building and developing partnerships with communities
