Guide to the Business Women's Council Missionary Committee Scrapbook
Open for research.
The Missionary Committee of the Business Women's Council was presumably an interdenominational group of women who raised and donated funds to various Christian mission efforts the world over. Little else is known of the group except that some of the former members appeared to have become missionaries themselves.
The collection consist of a scrapbook which contains correspondence, pamphlets, newsclippings and miscellany that document their involvement with various mission organizations. Included are the PCUSA's Board of Foreign Missions, the China Inland Mission, the Africa Inland Mission and the American Bible Society. The correspondence also contains letters from missionaries.
