CCE - Verification of Ministry

As part of the certification process for Christian Educators, this form is to confirm the Christian educator's requirements to:

  1. a member of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.),
  2. employed for, or a volunteer in, more than 10 hours per week with specific responsibilities in
    educational ministry leadership,
  3. accountable to a council or agency of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
