The Educator Certification Committee attempts to make the Certification process an educational one -- to enable integration of knowledge, skills, experience, and gifts, and to provide feedback from a variety of sources. In light of the certification process through which you have progressed, including courses, the integrative project, and meetings with your advisor and the members of your Reference Group, please comment on insights you have gained about your own competencies and growth and directions for the future.
