Reden Joyce Villaruel
I’m Reden Joyce C. Villaruel, a young adult church worker from Caloocan City, Philippines. Growing up in a family of church workers — with my father as pastor and my mother as Sunday school teacher and song leader — I was immersed early on in church programs and community service. These experiences led me to pursue Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology at University of the Philippines, which I completed with honors by the grace of God in 2023. After passing the Psychometrician Board Exam, I dedicated the last 3 years to volunteering and working with various NGOs. I served with United Women in Faith, supporting programs for women, youth, and children, and worked as data collector for Compassion International - Pilipinas. These roles strengthened my problem-solving and listening skills. Now, I am passionate about continuing to serve people, especially children, in areas that are often overlooked like mental health
