U.S. Work Team Sites
Arkansas
Ferncliff Camp and Conference Center in Little Rock, a PC(USA) camp and retreat facility, has volunteer opportunities available year-round. There are two package options: The “Ferncliff Experience” has volunteer teams staying on-site and serving their entire time at Ferncliff: packing or inspecting supply kits in the Disaster Assistance Center, working in the farm and garden, and building/landscaping/maintenance projects. The “Central Arkansas Impact” has volunteer teams staying on-site, serving one day at Ferncliff, and serving at various organizations in the local community.

- Ideal team sizes are 10-25; inquire with Emily about smaller or larger group options.
Minimum age requirement is 12. (Some organizations for the Central Arkansas Impact package may have different age requirements.)

Trinity Presbyterian Church in Oroville is hosting volunteers willing to help repair homes damaged by the December 2018 wildfires. Those staying at Trinity Presbyterian Church will be working in Paradise and other communities that were affected by the Camp and Complex Fires.

- The host site registration will only cover lodging. Groups will need to take care of their meals and transportation.
Texas
Pines Presbyterian Church in Houston will be hosting volunteers willing to help with rebuilding in response to Hurricane Harvey.

Referral Sites
In addition to our official PDA Host Sites, you and your volunteer team may consider staying at one of our referral sites. Referral Hosting occurs when PDA becomes aware of a volunteer opportunity where there is both a work partner and housing available. This information is then posted on the PDA website so that volunteers may contact the organization directly. This type of hosting is not managed by the PDA Call Center or PDA.
Nebraska
