Hawai'i Wildfires

The islands of Maui and Hawai'i (The Big Island) were severly impacted by devastating wildfires. While there are no PC(USA) congregations on those islands, PDA is collaborating with UCC and other National VOAD members on our response.

PDA responded to the emergency phase with initial response grants, and continues to work alongside impacted communities with long-term recovery grants. In September, PDA helped sponsor and spoke at a Healing Luau for survivors at the Po'okela Church. Watch the video here.
