This includes protecting civil and human rights, ensuring equal access to health care, education, employment, and housing, and opposing discrimination in all its forms. We affirm that every person, of every gender identity and sexual orientation, is created in God’s image and deserves to live free from violence, marginalization, and injustice.

We promote strong federal nutrition programs and safety-net policies that work to eliminate hunger and ensure that all people have access to essential resources and support.

We support healthcare policies that guarantee equitable access to affordable, quality healthcare, recognizing it as both an essential human need and a fundamental human right.

We advocate for housing policies that expand access to safe, affordable, and sustainable homes for people of all income levels. We affirm that the nation’s housing shortage is a consequence of policy choices—and can be addressed through bold, inclusive action.

We promote policies that ensure equitable access to high-quality public education for all students. This includes supporting adequate funding, safe and inclusive learning environments, access to early childhood education, programs that address educational disparities, and robust school meal and nutrition programs that ensure every child can learn and thrive. Public education is essential to building strong communities and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
