Partner Associations
The Office of Christian Formation partners with five associations to support age and stage formation across a lifetime of Christian formation. Each of these organizations supports and equips formation leaders who may be volunteers, educators, pastors, CRE’s, or youth leaders. You can learn more about each organization below and find many resources, including Quicksheets, Tool Kits, and Retreat Modules that were created in partnership between our office and the associations. You can see them listed by topic on our Christian Formation Resources page. These associations also partner with each other.
Association of Partners Church Education (APCE)
APCE enriches, connects, sustains and empowers all those involved in educational ministries. The Annual Event each January is one way they connect and equip ministry leaders. Networks offer support and additional resources. Presbyterian Church Camp and Conference Association (PCCCA)
PCCCA (Also known ecumenically as the Campfire Collective) equips leaders for vibrant and sustainable camp and conference ministries. The PCCCA website “Book a Retreat” can help you find a camp and conference center in your area. Or go here if you are looking for a summer camp or are interested in being summer staff. PCCCA creates resources for camp and conference center staff as well as congregational leaders, including retreat modules, which you can find on the Christian Formation Resources page.

Presbyterian Older Adult Ministries Network (POAMN)
POAMN is a network of people who are engaged in ministry with older adults. These people work in presbyteries and synods; they are leaders in congregations, and some serve in specialized ministries such as chaplains in care facilities. Each year POAMN releases a resource guide that can assist your congregation in older adult ministries. Expressions for Older Adult Ministry and the Care Partner Toolkit are also available.

Presbyterian Youth Workers’ Association (PYWA)
PYWA is a national community of Presbyterian youth workers who are committed to developing and sustaining healthy youth ministry leaders. PYWA connects with volunteers and paid staff through events and resources. PYWA also works with the Presbyterian Youth and Triennium office. Membership is free and they provide a wealth of resources in their resource library, as well as many Quicksheets and Retreat Modules on the Christian Formation Resources page.
UKirk Collegiate Ministries (UKIRK)
The mission of UKirk is to connect and empower those who lead, support, and advocate for collegiate and higher education ministries.
