What do Presbyterians Think about Environmental Issues?

The May 2009 Presbyterian Panel survey, which was answered by a representative sample of Presbyterian members, elders, and ordained pastors, focused on the environment.  From the survey, we now have some up to date information on what Presbyterians feel are the most serious environmental problems, think about the issue of global warming, and what steps churches and individuals are taking to care for the earth.  The good news is that the majority of people surveyed agree that environmental issues are appropriate social concerns for the church.  Let us work together to restore and protect God’s earth!  View the summary of the Presbyterian Panel on the Environment.
