More than 25-years ago, the 203rd General Assembly (1991) adopted a statement representing policy regarding the nature and practice of evangelism in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) This 'Call to Evangelism in the Jesus Christ's Way' still speaks with power today — what is crystal clear since its writing is that we can no longer just stay in our churches waiting for people to come to us.
