The Book of Order designates the latest edition of Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised (RONR) as the parliamentary authority to be used in meetings of councils. This resource by Gregory A. Goodwiller, P.R.P., is not a substitute for Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised; it is an introductory summary of the purpose and practice of common parliamentary principles as used in the PC(USA). This updated resource is based on the 12^th edition of RONR.
