Children have a special place in the heart of Jesus. Therefore, the education of children carries a special role in the life of the church. When his disciples sent the children away, Jesus ushered them in and blessed them by laying hands upon them. It is a blessing when children are taught what it means to be a part of a faith community that provides nurture, education and love.
