Griffin Momsen-Hudson
Hello, my name is Griffin Momsen-Hudson. I am from Hillsborough, North Carolina. I will be graduating soon from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. I am a Religion Major and a Medieval and Renaissance Studies Minor. I have worked for three years for the Office of the Chaplain, where I have helped lead Bible studies, prayer services, and have attended services of many different religions. I have been blessed to be exposed to many expressions of Christianity during my time at Carleton, such as Roman Catholicism during my study abroad in Rome, Eastern Orthodoxy, the Taizé community in France, and Episcopalianism. Through these experiences, I have come to deeply value ecumenicism and looking beyond one's own denomination for guidance and wisdom, and interacting with Christ's body as a whole. I am thrilled to be working in and for the Christian community during my YAV year, and to grow closer to God.
