Email: Lee Iverson

Lee Iverson ended his service as a mission co-worker in January 2008.

Mission co-worker Lee Iverson provides legal advice in the area of human rights to the Christian Council of Churches in Chile. Commissioned by the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in 1990, Lee uses his knowledge of Latin American problems, legal training, and background in theological studies to address the human rights needs of Latin American people.

Several partner churches are also engaged in efforts to address human rights concerns in Chile. The Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Chile is in the midst of a 10-year plan to develop new ministries in evangelism, leadership development, and human services. The church is in a three-way mission partnership with the Presbyterian Church of Brazil and the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
