Mission Program Grants in partnership with synods and presbyteries provides short-term, start-up funds for New Church Development, Congregational Transformation and Specialized Ministries. Grants are normally made for between three to seven years. Mission Program Grants are for projects that reflect the denomination's commitment to inclusiveness and diversity and respond to the mission priorities and strategies of the presbytery, synod and General Assembly. For theological students preparing to serve in a PC(USA) congregation. The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Theological Grant and Loan programs include the Presbyterian Study Grant, Racial Ethnic Supplemental Grant, the Native American Supplemental Grant and the Theological Loan program.

Designed to assist undergraduate student with their junior and senior year of college. Preference is given to racial ethnic students. Learn more about this opportunity.

For gifted, self-aware, imaginative students considering going into the ministry, The Fund for Theological Education's Undergraduate Fellows Program can provide both financial help and a nurturing network of support. Deadline is March 1st annually.

The Boudinot Library Fund and the Continuing Education Program
This program provides grant and financial aid opportunities to PC(USA) congregations of 150 members or fewer. The Office of Financial Aid for Studies has a policy of awarding one grant per congregation per year, that applies to the Boudinot and Continuing Education programs.

Boudinot Library Fund
PC(USA) congregations (with 150 members or fewer) may apply for a grant to purchase books for the church selected by the pastor for the pastor’s use. The maximum grant is $200 per church. To apply, complete the Boudinot Library Fund application and mail to the Office of Financial Aid for Studies. This program is intended to assist pastors with costs associated with professional education for ministry. Pastors of small PC(USA) congregations attending training events may apply for a grant. Pastors enrolled in a Doctor of Ministry Program may apply for a grant and/or a loan.

The Presbyterian Hunger Program provides grants to programs addressing hunger and its causes in the United States and around the world.

Self Development of People (SDOP) helps Presbyterians and others establish partnerships with oppressed and disadvantaged communities by providing small grants to groups that create and manage local development projects. |
